Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. Our available shipping options include standard shipping, express shipping, and international shipping. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

Signature On Delivery

All local Australian orders (regular and express) will automatically ship with signature on delivery as standard. This is to ensure your order is safely and successfully delivered to you. You will have the option through Australia Post to request Authority to Leave. Renkon accepts no responsibility for lost or missing parcels where authority to leave has been selected. 

Shipping Time

The shipping time will depend on the shipping method you have selected and the destination of your order. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, while express shipping can deliver your items within 1-3 business days. For international orders, the shipping time may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to offer worldwide shipping, there may be certain restrictions and limitations imposed by local customs authorities. It is important to familiarize yourself with your country's import regulations and restrictions before placing an order. Please note that any additional customs fees or duties imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

How much does shipping cost?

Australian Customers

A flat rate of $10 for Australia Post Standard Delivery (2-14 Business Days) and $14 for Australia Post Express Delivery (1-4 Business Days)

FREE Standard Shipping available on all orders over $100

International Customers

Shipping prices vary from between countries and is displayed at checkout.

FREE Australia Post Standard Shipping (10-28 days) available on orders over $160AUD

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders next business day*.

Occasionally we may have the capacity to ship the same day and the cut-off time for orders will be 12 PM AEST Monday - Friday. Please note this is not guaranteed but we will do our very best to accomodate if we have the capacity.

Purchases made on weekends and on NSW Public Holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

*Estimated shipping/delivery times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.

Customs and Import Duties

We ship your orders from Australia, therefore import duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax free threshold.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

We are unable to advise the amount this may be as order values vary and destination country rules and regulations vary. In most cases (but not guaranteed) our products will be under this threshold and so no charges will be payable.

However, if you want to be sure, you will be able to get this information from your local customs office (or look up the threshold online) to determine if your order will incur any additional charges on entry to your country.

In order to ensure the earliest possible delivery of your order, please pay these charges in a timely manner if requested by our delivery partners.

What if my country isn't listed at checkout?

Renkon use Australia Post and DHL as our shipping partner. It is highly likely we can ship to your country however, if it is not listed at checkout, we will have to obtain a quote and estimate from our partners before processing your order.

My tracking number is not working

Please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking page to update. Occasionally, the mail carrier will miss a scan which may result in delayed updates. Missed scans will not impact the transit time. If after 48 hours the tracking number still is not returning updates, please contact us at support@renkon.co

Pre-order and split shipments

Your order will ship once all items are allocated and ready.

Unfortunately, we are unable to split shipments if an item in your cart is a pre-order piece.
