The Kai Puffer Cargo Crossbody Bag in midnight black has been one of our most requested colourways. This release features a shorter adjustable strap, resulting in a higher, closer-to-body fit.

For those who prefer wearing their bag higher on the body or have a shorter torso, this version offers a secure, streamlined carry. However, it may feel too short for those who prefer a lower hip fit.

Made from GRS-certified post-consumer recycled PET, the Kai combines a soft puffer exterior with functional storage for everyday and travel. Multiple pockets keep essentials organised, while the padded strap maintains comfort for all-day wear — within its intended fit range.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. For Australian deliveries, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, while express shipping arrives in 1–4 business days. 

International orders can take 7–15 days depending on customs and carrier delays. You’ll receive tracking details in your confirmation email once your order ships.

Our bags ship in plant-based compostable eco-mailer bags that are tough, weather resistant and break down in 6 months. Please remove the shipping label and from the mailer bag and place in soft plastic recycling.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition with tags and packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags cannot be returned. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please see our returns page for full details

If your order arrives with a defect or missing item, contact us at returns@renkon.co within 14 days for an exchange. For international returns, duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds apply only to the cost of the goods.
